Peggy attended Baruch College (CUNY) and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. She is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
From very young age growing up in Barbados, Peggy became very involved in community activities as a member of the AYPA (Anglican Young People’s Association) and that community spirit continued while in New York and it led Peggy in 1979 to co-found, the United Rehabilitation Barbados Organization of New York (URBONY) a nonprofit organization serving the Barbadian Diaspora of New York.
Peggy’s associates admire her accomplishments as well as her humility and dedication with which she performs her tasks. In turn, Peggy has noted that it is very rewarding to have been able to assist those who find themselves in the most unfortunate circumstances.
